Purpose
HobbyStage is a platform for managing, identifying and valuing card collections. The publisher is named in the legal notice.
Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Your collection belongs to you
Your cards, purchase prices and personal photos stay private by default and can be exported at any time. No collection data is deleted when your plan changes.
Catalogue contributions
By contributing catalogue information or a photo, you grant HobbyStage a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish and distribute that contribution, on any medium, for the purposes of the service and its development. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to what you contribute. Your contributions remain attributed and their history is kept.
Catalogue quality
Catalogue entries carry a status: declared, confirmed or verified. A declared entry has not been cross-checked yet: it can be corrected or reported.
Values and prices
Displayed values come from real sales, with their source and date. They are indicative and constitute neither advice nor a price guarantee.
Liability
The service is provided as is. HobbyStage does not guarantee the completeness of the catalogue or uninterrupted availability of the service.
Right of withdrawal
For a subscription taken out remotely, you have fourteen days from signing up to withdraw, without reason and without cost, by writing to contact@hobbystage.fr. If you ask to use the service immediately and performance begins before that period ends, you remain liable for the part already performed; if performance is fully completed at your express request during the period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. These rules apply to consumers; they do not apply to a business subscription.
Consumer mediation
Where a dispute with our support team is not resolved, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. The competent mediator will be named here, with a postal and an online address, before any paid opening: joining a mediation scheme is an obligation of the publisher. No name is given until membership is effective.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Should any clause be held void, the others remain applicable. French is the reference language: other versions are provided for convenience.
Competent court
Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the French courts. A consumer may choose between the court where they lived when the contract was concluded and the court of the publisher’s registered office. For a business subscription, the competent court is that of the publisher’s registered office. That office appears in the legal notice.
